x Kaylen La Marka Half Time) August 13, 1998 - February 7, 2010 Jude is the first champion of the third generation at Tivin. He completed his championship in the US and Canada within 5 weeks, competing in both countries at the same time. He placed first in the BBE class at PCA in 1999, shown by his co-owner, Kay Palade. He completed his championship with several BOV wins in both countries. He is currently retired and living in northern Connecticut with the family of his aunt Annie. Genetic testing : PennHIP 90%, OFA Good, SA normal, vWD normal, thyroid normal, CERF normal. Health issues: TCC Jude was diagnosed with transitional cell carcinoma of the urethra and bladder in November 2009. He crossed the Rainbow Bridge on February 7, 2010 surrounded by his family, at his home on his favorite place on the couch. He was a very sweet and special boy and will be dearly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know him.

*the dam was Ch Tivin Genuine Style - this puppy had an onset of renal disease in 2005 when she was 6 years old. She also was diagnosed with Lyme disease so she is not a true case of JRD (juvenile renal disease), the renal problems are most likely secondary to complications from Lyme disease.
*1the dam was Ch Tivin Spirit in the Sky. We are currently participating in a study on the genetic basis of PDA in standard poodles by providing DNA samples from the sire and dam of the PDA puppy.
We did not continue to breed this line due to health issues in the ancestry. Therefore, all puppies were placed in pet homes and spayed or neutered and very little testing was performed afterwards.
