Tivin Standard Poodles A Higher Standard of Excellence

Performance
Not only do they look beautiful but our dogs can perform too! Excelling in obedience and agility, several Tivin Standards are titled in both venues. We are currently training with Southern New England Agility Klub, in southeastern Connecticut, and strongly encourage anyone who has not tried agility to go ahead and do it! Beyond being fun for both the dogs and the handlers, agility is a sport in which both sides of the team get exercise and enjoyment. Several Tivin puppies have been sold as performance dogs, and we look forward to seeing them compete at the highest levels. Our foundation bitch, Haeley, completed a leg toward her novice jumpers with weaves title, at 9 1/2 years of age. She passed away in 2007, at nearly 13 years of age, but enjoyed running up the A-frame and dogwalk until the day she died. Her great grandson, Gabriel, is now training in agility and flyball.
